Research interests:

Analysis of Proteins serving as a regulator of cell-matrix interaction and might be associated with tumour stage and patient survival in various malignancies. Expression analysis of factors influencing differentiation, invasion, migration and tumor progression of astrocytic neoplasias using high troughput tissue microarrays. Improving neuropathological diagnostic by screening for new tumor biomarkers which are capable to discriminate between normal and reactive tissue (mutation specific antibodies).
