HELP platform of the university of Tübingen
Germany is getting older and is not alone. The demographical development in almost all industrialized countries takes up challenges which science, governments, economy and citizens must meet. Corresponding to that, there should be developed concepts to meet those challenges.
Since 2006 scientists of the University of Tübingen have been working interdisciplinarily on this challenge which will determine the next decades. The interest group HELP concentrates the huge scientifical expertise and the topic complex of gerontology of the university and addresses all the groups of society involved in this process.

This and more questions were discussed at the event of the chair for policy analysis and political economics, the Foundation of Friedrich Ebert (FES) and the Foundation of Hans Böckler (HBS) at the 23th of July 2010.
Find here the report and some fotos of the event, that was organized by the chair of Prof. Dr. Josef Schmid, the FES and the HBS of the 23th of July 2010.
