Short Curriculum Vitae:

Kerstin Pull is full professor at the University of Tuebingen since 2003, where she holds a chair for HRM and Organization. From 2008 to 2010 she was Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the University of Tuebingen, from 2010 to 2011 she was Department Head of the School of Business and Economics. Before joining the University of Tuebingen, she was (Senior) Research Fellow at the Institute of Labour Law and Industrial Relations in the European Community (1992-2003) and held teaching positions at the University of Trier, the Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar and the University of Vienna. Kerstin Pull held visiting positions at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University (2001, 2007), the University of Zurich (2007) and the Max Planck Institute for Economics in Jena (2008).
