The staff  provides information and advice for prospective students and undergraduates on all questions relating to admission, studying, choosing the right subjects and so on.

They are eager to encourage incoming undergraduates to develop a strategic and competent attitude towards third level education. In order to bridge the gap between college and job, they provide additional training “studien professionale” for young graduates.

Personal engagement is fostered through individual consultation as well as a range of advisory events. Numerous publications are available, both online and in brochure form.

Furthermore the Advisory Office provides specific assistance in the case of learning problems as well as exam difficulties. Psychological consultation is available, should personal difficulties occur during the study period.
