First Circular

We want to devote the international school of nuclear physics, which will be held in Erice in 15 months, to the topic "Quarks in Hadrons and Nuclei". It seems to us a very timely subject for the Erice School of Nuclear Physics in 2007. We are sending you a preliminary program of the school and the first questionnaire. If you have colleagues or collaborators who are interested in participation in the school, please, just copy the first questionnaire and give it to them or forward the e-mail.

We naturally hope that you can participate. Please, indicate in the first questionnaire if you want to have further information, or if you already know that you are participating or if you want to give a seminar.

The fee for food and lodging for the time from September 16th till September 24th is 800 EURO. The European Physical Society makes a few fellowships available, which go mostly to young scientists from Eastern European countries.
