Version 2.1 (released on 02 April 2008)
InfluSim visualizes an influenza epidemic in a fully susceptible population (pandemic influenza) and allows to assess the effect of interventions.
QuickFlu allows to examine the short-term effects of the application of anitvirals in a closed population (i. g. hospital, nursing home).
The SIR simulator forms the back-bone of many models which deal with the spread of infections.
SimPox allows to examine the effect of case isolation and contact tracing and surveillance on the spread of smallpox infections.
