New catalogue is online!

New orders and renewals can now be placed

The new integrated library system has been implemented and is now in service.
You can search the catalogue and immediately see if the item you are interested in is available or already out on loan.

Books and bound periodicals can once again be ordered from the closed stacks and items already out on loan can be reserved.

The new interlibrary loan function is still having some teething problems, but will be online some time this week.

From now on you access your library account via the catalogue:

• The login for students and university employees with a university chip card is the same as the login from the university.

• External users and those without a chip card continue to use the account number (Kontonummer) from their green library card to log in.

Books that have been ordered and are ready for collection are shelved in the self-service shelves according to your collection code. Please see the information available at the self-service shelves to learn how your collection code came to be. You can also find this information under "My account" in the new library system.
