Organisation of a Roundtable in Tuebingen on May 12th, 2006 and authoring a book-chapter as well as a booklet-article on the Foreign policy of the Federal Republic of Germany and the impact of the federal structure on it for international conference proceedings and a booklet on the foreign relations of federal states.
