The regions with legislative powers represented in the REGLEG network have engaged in informal but effective interregional co-operation aimed at influencing decisions in the EUs legislative process, as well as shaping the procedures of consultation and impact assessment in the governance process.
The article focuses on the work of the REGLEG initiative so far and sums up its contributions to the EU's constitutional process.
