Have you taken up a professorship at the University of Tübingen in the past few months? This step means that, in addition to research and teaching, your responsibilities will also include leading a team. Good leadership is not only essential for a successful team - it can also be learned.
“LEA" is designed to support you in creating efficient working structures and reflecting on and expanding your leadership skills.
The next round starts on October 24th 2024.
If necessary, seminars will be held in English. Please let us know your preference regarding the language when you register.
