Marei Beukman
Marei Beukman is a member of the Hector Institute since September 2023. Beukman is interested in interdisciplinary research to explore the interaction of psychology, neuroscience, and education science. Beukman's research focus can genererally be situated into the broad context of AI in education, more specifically Beukman is exploring the use of neurophysiological measures to support self-reported measures of engagement, motivation, and emotional states in digital learning environments. This potentially contributes to further understanding of learning processes and supports adaptive learning.
