Description of Doctoral Project

The influence of applying AR and animation on public perception of nature-related issues will be examined in this project. Mahboobeh Mohammadzaki is trying to frame a strategy for telling stories in AR with a related topic to climate and for this purpose, she is going to be conducted an AR practical project and observe and study the participant's exposure to stories told by AR.

Curriculum Vitae

Mahboobeh Mohammmadzaki is currently a doctoral candidate at the Institute of Media Studies with Prof. Dr. Susanne Marschall. Here she is studying in the field of AR and animation and their application in environmental issues as well as storytelling in AR. She has recieved an MA in Animation and BA in Graphic design in Iran. She is also an independent animation maker and has made 3 short animations so far and cooperated in other animation projects. She has worked as a graphic designer for 10 years in the medical council of Iran permanently and with different societies and organizations as a freelancer.
