International Sport Management Game

Supervised by Dr. Ute Schüttoff 20 Bachelor students participated in the International Sport Management Game in Groningen.

The International Sport Management Game took place at the School of Sport Studies (Hanze University) in Groningen. In addition to students from the Hanze University and the Institute of Sports Science (University of Tübingen), students from the German Sport University Cologne, the University of Leipzig and the IST University of Applied Sciences for Management participated in this event. The organizing team – consisting of lecturers from all participating universities – developed assignments with applied management tasks related to the "Great North Run", which the students had to complete in groups. In addition to professional knowledge and soft skills, a high degree of creativity was required to complete the tasks.
