The Doctoral Researcher Development Program (DRDP) is the qualification program developed specifically for doctoral students. In three subject areas, you will find workshops to support you during the doctoral phase.

Research & Responsibility

In this section you will find offers that help you optimize your research process and promote responsible research. Topics include scientific writing and presentation, publishing, preparation for disputations and good scientific practice.

Communication & Management

Here you will find workshops on communication and organization topics. You will have the opportunity to expand your skills and integrate them directly into your everyday research (and beyond). Offers in this area are e.g. conversation management, conflict communication, time and project management, resilience.

Career Development

The offers in the area of career development support and accompany you in your career orientation and prepare you for the application situation. Topics are e.g. potential analysis, career planning, written application, job interview.

The qualification program is located on our learning platform ILIAS. There you will find an overview of our offers and all information about our program and our trainers.

Certificates of Attendance

These can be issued for individual events. We usually do not issue certificates for information events and short events (less than 3 hours). Certificates of Attendance will be available on Ilias approx. 2 weeks after the event.
