Leibniz Prizes
The Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Prize, with prize money of up to 2.5 million euros, is Germany’s most important research prize. It is awarded annually by the German Research Foundation (DFG). The Leibniz Prize is intended to improve the working and research conditions of outstanding researchers.
