We are looking for a research assistant for the operational management of the "Transfer and Professional Development" research area. In this working area, an integrative transfer and professionalization strategy is implemented based on existing third-party funded projects. The first focus of the work area is the development of transfer strategies in school education and teacher training. To this end, the development and expansion of an online portal is an initial direct transfer measure in which scientific findings are aggregated in the form of systematic reviews and meta-analyses and outstanding practical examples of teaching and lesson concepts are brought together and prepared to guide teacher training. A second focus is the research-based development and evaluation of university professionalization programmes for all phases of teacher training in close cooperation with the state institutes.
