We are happy that you are interested in the Institute of Political Science. Our department offers exchange opportunities within the exchange programs ERASMUS+ and CIVIS.

Founded in 1952, we are one of Germany’s first Institutes of Political Science.
Our areas of academic strengths are in the fields of Democracy, Development and Peace Studies.  We offer a large range of English and German-taught courses as well as programs in for both BA and MA students. Our research units are:

Exchange students who have been successfully enrolled at the University of Tübingen can register for Political Science classes via the platform alma .

Please fill and submit your Online Learning Agreement for approval. Your Academic Exchange advisor is then informed via erasmusspam prevention@ifp.uni-tuebingen.de. In case you have difficulties in using the Online Learning Agreement, you may send it as PDF to the mentioned email address.
