Tandemvortrag Sofiya Kartalova mit Prof. Anne Lise Kjaer

Unsere Kollegiatin Sofiya Kartalova (Jura) hielt am 04.07.2018 gemeinsam mit Anne Lise Kjaer (Kopenhagen), Associate Professor at iCourts (the Danish National Research Foundation's Centre of Excellence for International Courts) einen Tandemvortrag unter dem Vortragstitel "The Strategic Value of Ambiguity in Divergent Terms Used Interchangeably in the CJEU's Preliminary Rulings." Anne Lise Kjaer eröffnete den Vortragsabend mit einem Vortrag unter dem Titel "The CILFIT Judgment: The Court of Justice of the European Union on the Inherent Unclarity of EU Law".
