Summary:

REMORIN proteins emerges as regulators of nanodomains organization and localize into various membrane nanodomains (NDs) that are proposed to host distinct signaling pathways. Coupling genetic, biochemistry and super-resolution microscopy, we aim at providing an organism-wide characterization of REMORIN NDs and at defining the molecular mechanism underlying Group 1 REMORINs in the context of salt stress. This project will pave the way toward a mechanistic understanding of the formation and the function of specific membrane nano-environments
